Here are a few tips that could help unlock your E-gold account.
1 Your IP is blacklisted
If you have a IP or DNS blacklist problem, some people suggest that you get a new IP address in order to regain access to your account. You can do this by simply rebooting your modem and PC. It's matter of try and error before they can obtain an IP address that works, especially if E-gold has already blocked several IP addresses on your network. But if you're patient, you will get a good one.If you have a static IP (is not changing every time you connect to internet) then you have to order a new IP from your internet provider.
For some, which do not have a IP block, but are simply can not connect to their accounts, the problem may be one of the two: (1) E-gold suspects were used in illegal transactions and wants the account holder to verify his identity, or (2) a profile of the information is missing or incorrect and e-gold is that the account holder to rectify these .
2 You need to verify your account infos
E-gold sends the following email to those users with blocked accounts:
Your account has been blocked under our Rights of Association clause in the
account user agreement.

4.6. Right of Association
Issuer reserves the right to refuse service to particular individuals or
entities, at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
In order to remove the block on your account, users are invited to send verification documents.
In order for us to consider removing the block from your account, we will need due diligence documents. Please mail (or preferably, use a courier service such as Fed Ex or DHL) original notarized copies of all of the
following information:
a) A signed and notarized affidavit listing: Name, address, and telephone
number for the owner of e-gold account #XXXXXX.
b) Copy of a telephone or utility bill that has the same address stated in
item A.
c) Notarized copy of Passport or Driver's license for the account owner.
